Nursing Supervisor

To expand our team, we are looking for Nursing Supervisor! You will be in charge of the patients you are assigned to assess, diagnose, and treat.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to individuals who are ill, injured, or incapacitated
• Diagnose and create treatment programs for patients
• Track and report any changes in the symptoms or behavior of the patient
• Discuss patient treatment with cooperating doctors or experts
• Inform patients on maintaining their health and preventing illness
• Encourage the referral of patients to different medical facilities and providers
• Ensure that patient medical records are correct
• Give patients and their families guidance and emotional support

Qualifications:

• prior work experience in medicine or nursing
• Knowledge of medical software and devices Capacity to establish a rapport with patients
• strong ability to solve problems and think critically
• Capacity to flourish in a high-pressure setting
